01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, downloading, or using Api++ — the developer tool provided by Freedroid — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, discontinue use of the application immediately.
These terms form the entire agreement between you and Freedroid regarding your use of the service and supersede any prior or conflicting understandings.
02About the Service
Api++ is a client-side application that helps you compose, inspect, and send requests to API endpoints. It is a tool — a means to an end. It does not operate its own backend to store, process, or forward your work for you.
Because the application runs on your device, you retain control over what you do with it and where you send it. The scope of that control is set out below.
03No-logs Policy
● Our core promise
Api++ does not collect, record, or store your activity. We run no server-side logging of your behavior and no tracking of your data.
- No usage analytics — we do not measure what you send, where you send it, or how often.
- No request or payload logging — headers, bodies, keys, and secrets stay on your device.
- No trackers or third-party beacons — no cookies, no fingerprinting, no ad or marketing pixels.
- No identity collection — the app does not require an account to function.
🔒What happens inside the app stays inside the app. If it is not on your machine, it is not in ours.
04Your Responsibility for How You Use the App
● The important part
Because Api++ is a tool, you are solely responsible for how you choose to interact with it. Every request you author, every endpoint you target, and every setting you enable is your decision — and the consequences of those decisions are yours.
Freedroid does not direct, review, or monitor your usage. We are not responsible for any action you take with the application, including — but not limited to — the endpoints you choose, the data you submit, the credentials you handle, or the outcomes that result from your use.
⚠️If you send something somewhere and it does something, that is on you — not on Freedroid.
05Transfer of Data to Remote Servers
Api++ is designed to let you transfer data to and from remote servers of your choosing. When you do, you are making that choice directly and independently.
These remote servers are operated by third parties, not by Freedroid. We have no control over, and no responsibility for, how such servers receive, store, process, or expose your data. The security, privacy, and reliability of any destination you connect to is entirely the concern of that destination's operator.
You acknowledge that transferring data to a remote server may expose that data to the operator of that server, to their own terms and practices, and to jurisdictions and laws that are outside Freedroid's knowledge or control.
06Compliance With Law
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Api++, and any data you transfer, complies with all laws, regulations, and the terms of service of any remote system you interact with.
You may not use the application to do anything illegal or to gain unauthorized access to systems or data. Freedroid is not liable for your failure to comply with applicable laws.
07No Warranties
Api++ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that results from its use will be correct.
08Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freedroid and its affiliates, contributors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use — however caused and arising in any way from your use of, or inability to use, Api++.
This includes loss or exposure of data resulting from your transfer of information to remote servers, which is entirely your decision and your responsibility.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or excludes liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
09Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, highlight material changes.
Your continued use of Api++ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will not reduce the no-logs protections described in Section 03 without clear notice.
